Drew McPherson is the Managing Director and Co-founder of iseekplant and Board Member for Constructive Technologies. After completing a Masters of Construction Engineering Management at Griffith University, Drew began his career at Sedgman Metals. He quickly advanced, and would go onto manage the construction phase of one of the largest crushing contracts ever awarded at that time.

After his move to Golding Contractors as a Project Engineer, he and his colleague, Shaun Whittred, envisioned the idea for an online marketplace for construction services and plant equipment. He would call his sister Sally, and friend Matt Peters and together they would found iseekplant and launch it in 2012.

Drew transitioned to the Managing Director of iseekplant in 2021. Iseekplant’s success over and above our global competitors, is due in-part to Drew’s construction domain expertise that sits at the core of our technology offerings. The confluence of deep industry knowledge & the latest technology concepts - makes iseekplant a complex, rich and exponentially growing online marketplace business with a robust and sustainable business model.
