The Constructiv Technologies story

It all started in 2011 when Drew McPherson, Matt Peters and Sally McPherson launched iseekplant.

The goal for iseekplant was to create an online construction hire marketplace where suppliers could list their business capability and attract decision-makers in construction who needed equipment and services in a hurry. From that simple idea, a thriving ecosystem business was born.

As construction suppliers saw a return on investment from their profile on the marketplace, the demand significantly increased for websites and digital marketing services specifically tailored to construction suppliers.

iseekplant expanded to include an in-house digital agency. The agency, now known as Constructiv Digital, provides industry-leading website design and build services exclusively to construction clients, alongside paid search campaigns, social media marketing and search engine optimisation services. These services complement and enhance marketplace membership on iseekplant and improve its results, working as a one-stop-business development solution for our customers.
