Ian Petherbridge

Chairman of the Board

Ian Petherbridge has been Chairman of the Board at iseekplant since 2015 and has joined the newly formed Constructiv Technologies board in 2021. For the last 12 years, Ian has also held Chairman of the Board at Position Partners, which became iseekplant’s first major investor back in 2013.

Ian spent a large part of his early career at Volante Group Limited in various management positions, including General Manager, National Operations Manager and National Product Manager. During his time at Volante Group, Ian was one of three founders of Applied Micro Systems, which grew from a small start-up to a publicly listed company with over $400 million in revenue.

He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and has been a member of the AICD for over 25 years.

Ian brings his strong industry and governance experience to Constructiv Technologies having grown private companies from small technology start-ups to large technology service companies.
