Matt Peters

General Manager - Commercial

Matt Peters is the Chief Operating Officer and board member of Constructiv Technologies, the Managing Director of Constructiv Digital and a Co-founder of iseekplant. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management, an MBA and is a member of the AICD. His background is in commercial property development, business analysis and systems.

Matt was the original Founder who risked it all, and started iseekplant in his bedroom. He was the effort and inspiration behind our biggest ‘firsts’ - from our first business plan, our first platform, built out our first business systems, made our first sales and hired our first staff. That bedroom office would scale into a tiny office in Peregian Beach, then to Bowen Hills, then to a state-of-the-art facility in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane as he and his Co-Founders drove the business forward.

In 2021, Matt took on the challenge of scaling the new Constructiv Digital agency, which provides technical website and digital marketing services exclusively to suppliers from the construction industry, leveraging the skill set and experience in iseekplant. With over 500 customers now, and more than 40 new customers every month, Constructiv Digital is set to be the go-to digital marketing supplier to the construction and industrial space.
